Description:
Working in a busy customer service a reservation office based in Paris close to Pere Lachaise & Gambetta area.
Vibrant & young multi national team working with tour operators, agencies and airline reservation departments around the world. You will be handling email, phone & fax enquiries, entering reservation details in to the in-house system. The office is open from 7 am until 9pm daily and applicants will work alternative weekends on a shift basis.
Highlights:
CDD contract of 4 months - one month trial period
Possibility of contract extension depending on performance.

Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Applicants must speak english & french to University standard. Additional languages , particularly spanish & italian are greatly appreciated.
PC Competence , attention to detail , calmness under pressure and a friendly and motivated attitude towards all customer service issues required.
