We are seeking Panama-based, mortgage originators looking for a financially rewarding opportunity to work independently in acquiring and servicing customers interested in obtaining residential financing.

Requirements:
- Previous mortgage brokerage/origination experience highly preferred, but not essential.
- Must speak 100% fluent English.
- High-energy, customer service focused.
- Relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Living in or relocating to Panama
